Day 1 – Thurs - SAI GON ARRIVAL

Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat International Airport in Sai Gon, you will be warmly welcomed by our tour guide and then transferred to your hotel for check-in & relaxation. Overnight Saigon

Day 2 – Fri - CU CHI TUNNEL – SAI GON CITY TOUR & SHOPPING - D

Today, departing you will experience one of the trip highlights with an exciting journey at the Cu Chi tunnels – an immense network of connecting underground tunnels used by the Vietnamese Revolutionary army during the anti-American resistance war with over 200km long and 12m deep. The tunnels served as hiding spots, communication and supply routes, hospitals, food and weapon caches, and living quarters for numerous North Vietnamese fighters. Our expert guide will lead you through this fascinating tunnel system, leaving you with unforgettable impressions.

 

In the afternoon, return to Sai Gon. Begin with a visit to a spacious café, savoring a cup of robust Vietnamese coffee to escape the intense summer heat. Continuing at 3 pm, explore the Reunification Palace (Ex-Presidential Palace), a remarkable architectural gem from the 1960s. Additionally, visit the Center Post Office and Notre Dame Cathedral (currently under construction) to have a glimpse of French colonial-era structures. Then you will continue the Saigon shopping tour at big shopping malls for international brands and high-quality Vietnamese brands. Ben Thanh Market – a symbol of Saigon and Sai Gon Square – is known for internationally branded clothes made in Vietnam, a local favorite…

After this final destination, we enjoy dinner at one of the nearby restaurants before going back to hotel. Overnight Sai Gon. 

Day 3- Sat - MEKONG TOUR - L

Depart Saigon for My Tho (located in the heart of the Mekong Delta). Upon your arrival in My Tho, take a boat on the Mekong River and its multiple canals to Ben Tre. Visit a coco candy factory where you can taste the unique local specialties. After enjoying honey tea and fresh tropical fruits in a local garden, enjoy a short local coach drive before a very romantic sampan through a water coconut forest to return to your big boat. Enroute, we will make a lunch stop before transferring back to Sai Gon

Overnight Sai Gon.

Day 4 – Sun - SAI GON – DA NANG – D

After breakfast, free time until transfer to the airport to take a domestic flight to Da Nang. Remainder of the day at leisure. Dinner and Overnight Da Nang

Day 5 - Mon - BA NA HILLS WITH GOLDEN BRIDGE – L

After breakfast, our driver will transport you to Ba Na Hills. Embark on the Ba Na cable car – holder of 2 Guinness World Records. Wander around and capture memorable moments at the renowned Ba Na Golden Bridge. Visit Vong Nguyet Hill, Linh Ung Pagoda, Thich Ca Phat Dai, the historic French stables, Tinh Tam Garden, and the communal house’s summit.

Continue the cable car journey to Nghinh Phong Peak, Le Nim villa, Vong Nguyet Lau, Ba Na suspension bridge, and ascend Chua Mountain at 1,487m above sea level for panoramic views of Ba Na mountains, Da Nang, and Quang Nam.

Enjoy lunch enroute before driving to Hoi Ann. Overnight Hoi An

Day 6 - Tue TRA QUE VILLAGE – HOI AN WALKING TOUR - L

The picturesque ancient town of Hoi An, where people still wear the “ao dais“, Vietnam’s traditional dress. The ancient town of Hoi An, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, was one the most important trading ports in Southeast Asia in the 15th century. Its ancient past is superbly preserved in an enchanting collection of temples, pagodas, shop houses and magnificent private homes in the town’s Old Quarter.

Early morning we take a boat trip begins at a local pier in the Old Town. You’ll cruise down streams and past many fishing areas before arriving in Kim Bong village, home of traditional woodworking and boat-building, and Thanh Ha Village and see how people make pottery products in a traditional way.

Then transfer by car to the Tra Que Organic Village for lunch. Here, you’ll learn about the many vegetables and herbs organically grown to support the people of Hoi An.

 

 

After lunch, we take a walking tour of this artistic jewel, with its century’s old architecture includes the gorgeous Phuoc Kien Pagoda, the 400 year old bright-red Japanese Covered Bridge and the Ancient House.

Discover all of the delights of Hoi An. Walk through the Old City, stopping at one of the city’s many museums, or see artisans using age-old techniques to fashion a variety of crafts. Of special interest are the colorful and elaborate paper lanterns created by lantern artisans for which Hoi An is well known. Overnight Hoi An

Day 7 – Wed - DA NANG – HA NOI

After breakfast, free time until transfer to the airport to take a domestic flight to Ha Noi. Dinner and Overnight in Ha Noi.

Day 8 - Thur - HA NOI CITY TOUR & SHOPPING - D

In the morning, pick up and transfer to Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum Complex – an important place of pilgrimage for all Vietnamese. View outside of Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (closed on Monday and Friday) – where the embalmed body of Ho Chi Minh is preserved. Continue to Ho Chi Minh’s House on Stilts – built in the style of Vietnam’s ethnic regions, surrounded by verdant and peaceful gardens, One Pillar Pagoda – first built in the 11th century, of wood on a single stone pillar resembling a lotus blossom, the symbol of purity, rising out of a sea of sorrow. Then you will transfer to the Luxury shopping mall to rest and have free time for lunch.

 

Afternoon, move to visit the Old Quarters where you can experience the real daily life activities of local people in the oldest area of Ha Noi for around 30 minutes on the interesting electric car or cyclo with stopovers at Opera House – a very famous site to take photos and enjoy the Old Quarter streets.

Enjoy a cup of egg coffee, an enchanting drink with a special taste that just can be found in Ha Noi. Continue wandering the neighborhood to feel the daily life here.

Back to the hotel. Dinner and Overnight  Ha Noi.

Day 9 - Fri - HA LONG OVERNIGHT ON CRUISE – L, D

After breakfast, free time until transfer to the Ha Long Bay cruise check-in and security briefings, set sail to enjoy lunch while cruising through the fishing village and islets. The cruise will stop at an island; feel free to go swimming on the beach to cool down the summer heat.

Enjoy a cooking demonstration with the chef as he prepares traditional Vietnamese food. Dinner is served on board. At night, you can ask the cruise to do squid fishing. Overnight on cruise.

Day 10 – HA LONG - L

Greet the day with a morning Tai Chi session and witness the sunrise over the bay. After breakfast, visit the beautiful limestone grotto then back to the boat for a final glimpse of Ha Long Bay while cruising back to the dock.

Then transfer to Halong Bay Central. Overnight in Halong Bay

Day 11 - HA NOI – DEPARTURE

Say goodbye to Sai Gon and transfer to Tan Son Nhat airport take flight to your home. Goodbye Vietnam and hope to see you soon
