Day 1 Arrive Tokyo

If you are flying Air Canada from Vancouver, you will be met at the airport and transferred directly to the hotel.

Day 2 Tokyo

After breakfast, explore Tokyo’s oldest temple, Asakusa Kannon Temple (Sensoji Temple). After that, enjoy breathtaking views of the city from the Tokyo Skytree Observation Deck. Following lunch, visit the Tokyo National Museum, the Imperial Palace and its East Garden, and the iconic Nijubashi Bridge. In the evening, we will gather for a Yakiniku (Traditional Japanese style BBQ) Welcome Dinner, where you can savor a variety of premium grilled meats and vegetables, cooked right at your table. Day 3 Tokyo ~ Hakone ~ Mt. Fuji ~ Shizuoka

This morning, we’ll set off for Hakone, where you will enjoy a tranquil 30-minute cruise on Lake Ashi aboard a charming pirate boat. As you sail, take in the spectacular views of the surrounding landscape and, on clear days, catch a glimpse of the majestic Mt. Fuji. After the cruise, enjoy a delicious Tempura Soba lunch, featuring savory soba noodles in a flavorful broth with crispy tempura vegetables and seafood. Next, we’ll drive to the Mt. Fuji 5th Station (weather permitting) to experience stunning panoramic views from the highest point accessible by vehicle. Then, we’ll visit the serene Shiraito Falls, where you can enjoy a different perspective of Mt. Fuji and admire the serene beauty of the cascading waterfall surrounded by lush nature. Day 4 - Shizuoka ~ Nagoya

In the morning, take a 2.5-hour bus ride to Nagoya. Start with a visit to the majestic Nagoya Castle for a group photo at this iconic landmark. Then visit Osu Kannon Temple and wander through Osu Shopping Street, a bustling arcade with over 400 shops and restaurants. Enjoy Nagoya delicacy Japanese Curry lunch and, head to the Toyota Commemorative Museum of Industry and Technology to discover the fascinating history of Japan’s automotive industry. This evening, indulge in a delightful Sukiyaki Dinner, a Japanese hot pot dish of beef, vegetables, tofu, and noodles simmered in a sweet sauce. (B / L / SD)

Day 5 Nagoya ~ Kyoto

After breakfast, take a 2-hour bus ride from Nagoya to Kyoto. Visit Fushimi Inari Shrine, known for its iconic red torii gates. Enjoy a delicious Ramen noodle lunch With gyoza before participating in a Traditional Tea Ceremony, where you will experience the elegance of Japanese tea culture. Finish the day by exploring the historic Gion district and Hanami-koji Street, where you might catch a glimpse of geiko (Kyoto’s term for geisha) or maiko (geiko apprentices) in traditional attire. Day 6 - Kyoto

This morning, explore the serene Arashiyama Bamboo Grove and walk across the picturesque Togetsu Bridge. Next, visit the stunning Kinkakuji Temple (Golden Pavilion). After lunch, take in the impressive views at Kiyomizu Temple and then enjoy a Western Dinner. (B / L / WD)

Day 7 Kyoto ~ Nara ~ Osaka ~ Kobe

After breakfast, take a short 1-hour ride to Nara, where you will explore the friendly deer in Nara Deer Park. Stroll through the charming streets of the Naramachi area, known for its well-preserved traditional buildings. Then, participate in a fun Sushi-making Class and savor your creations for lunch. Drive 30 minutes to Osaka for an iconic photo stop at the vibrant Dotonbori District (if time permits), famous for its eye-catching signage and billboards. Then, head to Kobe for a visit to the Hakutsuru Sake Brewery Museum, where you can learn about sake brewing and enjoy a Sake Tasting Experience. Tonight, a delicious Tonkatsu dinner with crisp golden- fried pork cutlets with all the fixings. (B / L/ D)

Day 8 Kobe ~ Hiroshima ~ Kobe

Today, board the Shinkansen (Bullet Train) to Hiroshima in the morning. Visit the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park, including the Atomic Bomb Dome and the Peace Memorial Museum. Afterward, take a 10-minute ferry to Miyajima Island to explore the historic Itsukushima Shrine and see the famous floating torii gate. Return to Kobe by Bullet Train in the late afternoon. Lunch and dinner are on your own. (B)

Day 9 Kobe ~ Osaka (Expo 2025) ~ Kobe

Today, transfer to Osaka to visit Expo 2025, a world-renowned event showcasing innovative technologies and cultural exhibits from around the globe. Alternatively, you can spend the day exploring Osaka on your own, discovering its vibrant neighborhoods, shopping districts, and local cuisine. In the evening, enjoy a Farewell Dinner featuring Kobe Beef, a renowned Japanese delicacy. (B / SD)

Day 10 Kobe ~ Osaka (or via Tokyo) / Hometown

Enjoy a leisurely morning to relax. In the afternoon, transfer to Osaka Kansai International Airport for your Air Canada flight back to Vancouver or onward to your next destination.. (B)

Day 1 – Thurs Arrive Ho Chi Minh City ( Saigon), the largest city in Vietnam

Day 2 – Fri – My Tho- Ben Tre ( B / L )
Breakfast at the hotel. Drive to My Tho for the excursion to Mekong Delta

Enjoying a boat ride on the Mekong river to an orchard islet were almost tropical fruit of southern Vietnam can be found and tasted.

Following is a sampan ride on water-coconut shaded creeks for visitors’ pleasure. Visits to a local home, enjoying a folksong show performed by an amateur band, a coconut – candy kiln

Return to Ho Chi Minh City for Overnight

Day 3- Sat – Ho Chi Minh –(B / D)

pm Participate in a drive-by guided tour of Ho Chi Minh City, which includes the neo-Romanesque Notre Dame Cathedral (outside- under renovation), the Central Post Office with its French style architecture, City Hall and the magnificent Saigon Opera House.

From here, visit lively Ben Thanh Market – where an unbelievable assortment of wares and crafts are sold under one roof. Continue to Dong Khoi Street, a major shopping thoroughfare in the center of the city.

Day 4 – Sun Ho Chi Minh City – Flight to Da Nang – Drive to Hoi An ( B / D )
Breakfast at Hotel Depart Ho Chi Minh on your flight to Da Nang, one of Vietnam’s major ports, situated on the coast of the South China Sea. Travel south to the picturesque ancient town of Hoi An, where people still wear the " ao dais" Vietnam’s traditional dress. The ancient town of Hoi An, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, was one the most important trading ports in Southeast Asia in the 15th century. Its ancient past is superbly preserved in an enchanting collection of temples, pagodas, shop houses, and magnificent private homes in the town’s Old Quarter. A walking tour of this artistic jewel, with its century’s old architecture includes the gorgeous Phuoc Kien Pagoda, the 400-year-old bright-red Japanese Covered Bridge, and the Ancient House. Discover all of the delights of Hoi An. Walkthrough the Old City, stopping at one of the city’s many museums, or see artisans using age-old techniques to fashion a variety of crafts. Of special interest are the colorful and elaborate paper lanterns created by lantern artisans for which Hoi An is well known.

Day 5 – Mon – In Hoi An ( B / L )

The early morning boat trip begins at a local pier in the Old Town. You; ll cruise down streams and past many fishing areas before arriving in Kim Bong village, home of traditional wood working and boat-building, and Thanh Ha Village and see how people make pottery products in a traditional way.

Then transfer by car to the Tra Que Organic Village for lunch. Here, you; ll learn about the many vegetables and herbs are organically grown to support the people of Hoi An.

Post breakfast , drive to Danang to board your flight to sparkling Hanoi, cultural center of the Country.Upon arrival, travel overland and through the lush Vietnamese countryside to picturesque Ha Long Bay considered one of Vietnam’s most celebrated attractions. As you approach, you’ll see thousands of limestone islands rising out of the sea creating
a truly magical scene. Stopover visit Hai Phong: Du Hang pagoda; Hang Kenh Temple Arrive at Ha Long Bay Check-in Buffet Dinner and Overnight at hotel. Stay overnight in Halong

Day 8 – Thur – 24 Oct – Halong – Cruise – ( B /L / D )

Abundant scenic beauty, archaeological and geological significance, cultural and historical connections, fresh seafood, and proximity to international gateways make Ha Long Bay one of Vietnam’s most popular places to visit.

Day 9 – Fri – Halong – Hanoi ( B / D )

Incredible views await you today! Halong Bay is considered one of the most breathtaking places on the planet, added to the list of UNESCO Heritage sites, and declared recently as one of the " New Seven Natural Wonders of the World" There are over 3000 islands in the emerald waters and over 1000 have their own names. Numbers of caves and grottos of all sizes and shapes are filled with small waterfalls, stalactites, and stalagmites. Lunch will be served on board. Visit one of the caves.

Afterward, drive to Hanoi, Vietnam's vibrant capital, and check in to your hotel. This city's history is tied to French colonialism – its architecture, cuisine, and local culture still bear evidence of the French influence.

Evening enjoys a water puppet show – a unique traditional performance of Vietnam.

Full-day sightseeing tour around ancient Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam for almost 1000 years.

Visit the imposing marble edifice housing the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum before moving onto his wooden stilt house and the One Pillar Pagoda. , Temple of Literature – site of Vietnam’s first university, dating back to the 11th century. In 1076, Vietnam’s first university Quoc Tu Giam was established within a temple to educate Vietnam’s royalty, mandarins, and members of the elite. The university functioned for an incredible 700b years and its gardens and well-preserved architecture offer a fascinating glimpse into Vietnam’s past. Visit the Museum of Ethnology, center for the preservation and exhibition of cultural heritage for over 50 ethnic groups in Vietnam
